If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

Trend Tracker provides research dashboards, shared notes, report tools, and related workspace features. Features may change over time as we improve the platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.

Some features require a paid subscription or trial. Pricing, plan limits, and billing terms are shown at checkout or in your account workspace.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service beyond permitted API or plan limits
  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Interfere with other users or attempt to bypass security controls
  • Resell or sublicense access without our written permission
  • Upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights

Important: Trend Tracker provides informational research and collaboration tools only. Nothing on the Service constitutes professional, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for how you use research insights and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Summaries and AI-assisted drafts are starting points for your team’s review. Always verify sources before sharing externally.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, models, design, branding, and content we create, is owned by Trend Tracker or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal purposes under these Terms.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREND TRACKER AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100) if you have not paid fees.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and IP) will survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Trend Tracker operates its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes, except where mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.
